The Period Cup is a fantastic alternative or addition to other period products. The cup fits comfortably inside the vagina, and will naturally rest there once inserted (and instructions are provided explaining how best to insert and remove your cup). The fantastic thing about the cup is that it holds more than alternative products, with a capacity of up to 4 times the amount.
I think the cup works brilliantly, and use it for the majority of my period, particularly when based at home. Using a reusable cup will save thousands of disposable products from landfull over its 10 years of life.
No artificial absorbants, toxins, harmful chemicals or fragrances. No latex. No BPA or plastic.
