About Gabrielle Parker/ Sustainability Gabrielle Parker is a small, friendly business based in East Sussex with whom we very much enjoy doing business. Gabi's beautiful designs draw inspiration from a trip around Asia that she took in her twentys, when she fell in love with Indian culture, textiles and colour. She combined this with a love of the British countryside, to create a gorgeous collection that is reminiscent of a country garden.
The nightwear collection is made in a small fairtrade factory near a town called Pushkar in Rajasthan. Gabi visits twice a year, and has watched the company grow into a community business with a great atmosphere. The cotton is sourced from a small growing close by, and whilst not certified as organic, the farmer doesn't use pesticides on his crop. Clothing is dyed using environmentally approved Azo-free dyes
End of Life All items are 100% cotton and can be put into fabric recycling. Cotton is biodegradable.
