A plastic-free travel soap holder made from sturdy and sustainable wood pulp.
An innovative travel soap case, sustainably made from a wood-bioplastic that looks and behaves like plastic but is competely biodegradable at end of life. The travel dish is strong, yet lightweight and water resistant, and will hold your soap securely. There are ridges inside to help keep the soap dry.
All Natural Soap Co designed this soap case using a specialist wood-based material made using byproducts of the paper industry. Clever heh?! The Circular Economy at work...
Approximate soap case measurements: 10.5cm x 7.5cm x 4.3cm thick
Guvnor Tried & Tested Classic complaint from the Taylor clan is that our communal wash bag becomes a bit icky what with the water from our toothbrushes and a few pieces of sticky soap. Whinge no longer Taylors! I now put a few pieces of soap into one of these soap holders - please note you have to use a full sized bar at least once for it to fit. I cut our soap into smaller pieces anyway, so more than one person can take into the shower at once. It does the job perfectly, and is sturdy and secure. Another tip, wrap toothbrushes in bee's wrap to keep them dry.
Sustainability at All Natural Soap Co All Natural Soap Co is a small company based in London. They make soaps using the traditional 'cold process' method, which they have refined to make as energy efficient as possible.
The soaps are packaged in boxes that are 100% recyclable, with some recycled content. The lining on the boxes is water based and 100% recyclable. (The boxes are made in the UK to their exact specifications). They are carrying out research into a fully compostable box.
The team have recently swapped to wearing 100% compostable gloves whilst making the soaps, as well as using natural loofah sponges to wash down their workshop benches.
End of Life The case and pad are both 100% biodegradable and compostable at end of life. You can home compost or break up and use as kindling.
