|Delivery and Postage
Your order means a great deal to us and we package all of our orders with the utmost care, finishing off with paper and string. Where possible for outer packaging we use recycled or recyclable boxes and envelopes.
If your order is a gift for someone, then we will gladly include a handwritten note on one of our red manila tags. Just send us your message in the special instructions box or send an email to email@example.com.
If choosing Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery your goods should reach you within 1-3 working days of your order.
If choosing Royal Mail 2nd Class/ myHermes Courier your goods should reach you within 3- 5 working days of your order.
If you are worried about being home when your parcel arrives you could always give a neighbour's address or specify in the special instructions a safe place in which the parcel can be left.
Postage is charged according to the monetary value of your order (which will be clearly marked at checkout phase). Charges are as follows:
Payment by Post
Your 'cooling off' period
You will need to notify us in writing providing your order number, item description and reason for return. You must then mail the item back to us using First Class Recorded Delivery. As the customer, you do have to pay the postage in this situation.
Return of damaged/faulty goods
You will need to notify us in writing providing your order number, item description and reason for return. You must then mail the item back to us using First Class Recorded Delivery. The Wise House will reimburse the postage costs to you, the customer.
